Dear parents and guardians of the Jekyll and Hyde cast, crew and pit, In keeping with the Green School Initiative at Highland Park High School, the Theatre Program will sending the forms home via email in PDF form as well as posting all of our production forms on the Fine Arts page of the school website and here on the Theatre Program website. Please print the appropriate forms and have your child return them to their director by the appropriate due date. The packet includes:
Please take the time to carefully look over these forms. All forms are due back by Monday, January 30, 2012. Forms turned in after that date, will not be honored. We ask that you place each of the order forms in a separate, sealed envelope to avoid the potential problem of order forms and payments being separated. We look forward to sharing this exciting production with you in February!
