Dear parents and guardians of the STUNTS Takes A Stand 2012 cast, crew and pit,

   please find the following important production  forms:

• Ticket request form (Due October 5^th)
• Sweatshirt Order form (Sweatshirt order forms must be in by Wednesday, September 28^th)
• A note from the Executive Producers about Program Ads, Program Ad form and sample sheet.(Due: October 5th)
• A letter from the Theatre Program asking for your support of the parent group Encore.
• A note from the Encore Parent Group seeking volunteers for the Stunts Bake Sale.  Encore supporst our students in a variety of ways including running a concessions stand in the lobby during Stunts.

Please look over these forms and return them by the designated due dates.  Forms turned in after those specified dates, will not be honored.
